REFERENCE ONLY - Spyderco Endura 4 Sprint Run C10FPBORE HAP40 Blade Orange FRN
No Longer Available - Informational Purposes Only.
This limited-edition Sprint Run combines the well-known features and benefits of the best-selling Endura 4 Lightweight with a full-flat-ground laminated blade crafted from HAP40 and SUS410 steels. The core of the three-layer blade is made from HAP40, a state-of-the-art high-speed tool steel produced by the powder metallurgy process. Boasting generous amounts of tungsten, molybdenum, vanadium, and cobalt, HAP40 possesses exceptional toughness and high abrasion resistance—key qualities of a superior blade steel. This high-performance core is flanked by layers of SUS410, a martensitic stainless steel that gives the blade increased strength and improved corrosion resistance.
All the other elements of this unique knife are the defining features of the Endura Lightweight—skeletonized stainless steel liners, a high-strength back lock mechanism, fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) scales with Bi-Directional Texturing, a Trademark Round Hole™ for rapid one-handed opening, and a four-position clip capable of supporting all possible carry configurations. Like all members of Spyderco’s HAP40 Sprint Run family, the tough FRN handle of this Endura Lightweight is injection molded in a distinctive burnt-orange color.
