Spyderco’s original Delica® model helped pioneer the concept of lightweight, injection-molded folding knife handles in the early 1990's. Now in its fourth-generation of design evolution, the highly refined Delica 4 Lightweight remains one of Spyderco’s most popular and in-demand models, and a natural canvas for special Exclusive projects. Specially manufactured only for Lone Star Wholesale, this Exclusive Delica 4 Lightweight features a unique, one-of-a-kind handle treatment and American-made CPM® S30V® blade steel.
The vibrant yellow and green handle of this knife is produced by a unique process called zome. Zome (pronounced "zoh-may") is a class of traditional Japanese handicrafts that focuses on dyeing various types of textiles. Inspired by this rich cultural and artistic heritage, the injection-molded fiberglass-reinforced-nylon (FRN) handles of Spyderco's Zome knives are molded in a light base color and then individually hand dyed by expert Japanese artisans. Using a technique reminiscent of classical hiki-zome (brush dyeing), darker colors of dye are actually hand brushed onto the handle to create distinctive, one-of-a-kind patterns.
The other defining feature of this remarkable knife is its full-flat-ground PlainEdge™ blade, which is crafted from US-made CPM® S30V® stainless steel rather than the Japanese VG-10 steel normally used on this model. Its other features include a sturdy back lock mechanism and a four-position hourglass pocket clip that supports all possible carry configurations.

Handles are nice, I like S30V. Nice, light weight carry. I like doing business with National Knives.
