Spyderco’s limited-edition family of CPM 15V knives are further enhanced by a specialized heat-treating protocol developed by acclaimed custom knifemaker Shawn Houston. This Sprint Run expression of the Military 2 faithfully includes all the proven elements of this design, including a high-strength Compression Lock® mechanism and a four-position pocket clip. To clearly distinguish it as a member of our CPM 15V family, it also features brown peel-ply-textured G-10 handle scales and Shawn Houston’s “Triple B” logo laser engraved on the reverse side of the full-flat-ground blade.
This knife is large, and I wear a 3xl glove. Obviously it’s a big brother to the PM2 which is one of the best EDC knives in my opinion. It handles like a smaller knife, and with 15V it’s easy to sharpen and holds an edge for a very long time. This thing gets so much better once you put your own edge on it. 15V is one of the best overall steels in my opinion. Highly recommended.
