Fit and finish are fantastic
When I first got this in the mail I was surprised at its size. I like the dimensions but it just looks and feels bigger than its measurements. Then I was thrown off by how different it is compared to the many other Spyderco knives I have. After processing and fiddling with the knife I realized how it is very much a Spyderco knife. The fit and finish are flawless. The hollow ground bevels are perfect. And most important to me it feels good in my hand. The knife is a phenomenal slicing tool with the hollow grind and razor sharp edge that it comes from the factory with. When I read other reviews about the knife the biggest complaint is the location of the Spyderco hole. It just takes a little adjustment and it works great. I think people might be thrown off by the location because it is not fidget friendly. But this isn’t a fidget it’s a refined gentlemen’s knife that is meant to be put to work. It could be a grail knife for some it’s that good, it is definitely one for me.
